Types of Wood

You will have to select which type of wood for each spoon ordered. If you are not sure or are willing to accept whatever we happen to have in inventory then select ANY AVAILABLE Peten or San Lucas Toliman wood.

Descriptions of the woods:

SLT Wood Types:

	Coffee: cream colored, fine grained, medium hard wood.
	Gravilea: sand brown with reddish striations or cross grain marks, medium hard wood.

Peten Wood Types:

Jobillo: light brown hard wood with very striking brown stripping.
Cericote: black hard wood which has smoky patterning and often contrasting white sections.
Manchiche: deep rich red hardwood with an extremely fine grain and stripping patterns.
We have discontinued using Chicozapote.
