Welcome to the cuchareros web site. We are in the process of updating a number of things that were lacking, namely taking more photos of both the products and the participants. One major change is that we will no longer be carrying spoons made from chicozapote. It is a restricted hardwood and we're unable to get any sort of certification for it, so we will be switching to manchichi, a wood of similar color and texture. Shipping continues to be a major obstacle for us. Shipping commercially is simply too expensive and we don't sell enough to ship by container, so we continue to rely on people traveling, which results in uncertain delivery times. Please be patient with us and plan ahead by ordering your christmas products now so that you don't get caught in the last minute rush. We've updated the order form and we will be looking to develop an automated ordering system, but that will take some time yet.
